Nissan Second Delivery is a new program that most Nissan dealerships are offering to their customers. Since new vehicles are equipped with more features and technologies than ever before, Nissan wants to ensure that you are getting the best out of your Nissan vehicle and feeling confident when you’re on the road.
You will have the opportunity to create a convenient and personalized Second Delivery appointment at the dealership when you initially purchase the vehicle, or via a link in the new owner email. During the appointment reservation process, you will be able to select the day, time and the location for your experience. In addition, you will select key vehicle features that you would like the Nissan Tech Expert to focus on during your appointment. On the day of your appointment, a Nissan Tech Expert will arrive at the designated location and meet with you for approximately one hour. This will be time well spent with a professional to help you discover all the great benefits your new Nissan has to offer.
There will be a driving portion if you have pre-selected a feature that requires a dynamic demonstration. In this instance, you will drive the vehicle and the Nissan Tech Expert will sit in the passenger’s seat. If you have not pre-selected a feature that requires a dynamic demonstration but realize during the appointment that you are interested in this type of feature, a demonstration will be accommodated, time permitting.

If Nissan Second Delivery is available for your vehicle, you will be prompted at the dealership by the Nissan Sales Consultant as well as receive an email invitation from Nissan.
Nissan Second Delivery is available to customers who purchase or lease a Nissan from a participating Nissan dealer from new dealer stock between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025 (“Eligible Vehicle”). Second Delivery is available only once per Eligible Vehicle and must be completed no later than April 15, 2025. Other restrictions apply. Contact participating dealer for details. Ends 3/31/25.
Nissan Second Delivery is meant to be experienced at a convenient location such as your home or work, however, you can select the option to schedule an appointment at the dealership if desired.

No, this experience is strictly about you getting to know and understand all the new features and technologies that your vehicle has to offer. A Nissan Tech Expert is not a Nissan Sales Consultant.
You may wear a mask if it’s your preference, but it is not mandatory to participate, and we do not require proof of vaccination.
The entire experience will last approximately one hour.
